1002 is softest gap filler with high dielectric breakdown voltage , minimizing pressure
on electrical components. Cost effective, suitable on wide area applications like power modules. Wide operating temperature -40 to 150c ( -4 to 302f)
2003 is a higher conductive cost effective gap filler. Wide operating temperature
- 40 to 120c (-4 to 248f)
4000 is a high conductive sheet at 6.5 W/mk with operating temperature of -40 to 150c.
